Chamber members are represented when the Chamber of Commerce supports local activities such as the 4th of July, Project Graduation, Firemen’s & Police Appreciation Dinner, Basehor Historical Society Museum and many other events throughout the year.
Membership Certificates
Chamber of Commerce members receive an annual Membership Certificate showing they are members of the Basehor Chamber of Commerce. This certificate should be proudly displayed in their business to show their customers they support the community and the economic development of the area.

Southern Leavenworth County Leadership Development
The Basehor Chamber of Commerce and the Tonganoxie Chamber of Commerce co-sponsor the Southern Leavenworth County Leadership Development program. This program is designed to educate and develop leaders along with gaining more community involvement.
Leavenworth County Development Corporation
Chamber members are represented on the Board of Directors of Leavenworth County Development Corporation, an economic development organization designed to help existing business and work with new businesses interested in our area. The Chamber also provides information to members on incentives available to expanding and new business.

Welcome Signs
The Chamber of Commerce maintains the “Welcome to Basehor” signs welcoming visitors to our city along with signs for special events at the high school.
