Lori is a new employee of the Basehor Chamber of Commerce and is looking forward to an exciting and productive year ahead! She has also just accepted a position with the Basehor United Methodist Church working in the nursery a couple of days a week and during Vacation Bible School.  Lori has worked for Nebraska Furniture Mart, Sprint PCS and Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers during the past 12 yrs.

Lori grew up in Kansas City, KS, attended Washington H.S., and currently lives in the Piper area.  Lori’s Husband, Dan, works at Providence Medical Center as a Clinical Pharmacist.  He is currently studying at KU to obtain his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree (PharmD).  They have two children, a teenager and a toddler who make their lives very interesting!

Dan’s Grandparents Harry & Alice Desko are well-known for their work at the Fairfax B-25 Bomber Builders plant and the exhibit that Harry created at the Ag Hall of Fame in Bonner Springs, KS.  He is also known as “Harmonica Harry” he has played the harmonica and taught harmonica students for many years.  And still does!
