The Gideon Event Space is a locally owned & operated wedding & event space located about 5 miles outside of Basehor on K7. They pride themselves on paying attention to every little detail and making sure that all of your event needs are reached & exceeded!

With a large open room (accommodates 200 seated or 400 standing), a full built-in bar, a large kitchen, spacious restrooms and ample FREE parking The Gideon is an idea location to hold your next event. From wedding ceremony/receptions, graduation parties, birthday parties, fundraisers and more–stay local when looking to host your next large event.

On top of having private events, The Gideon has also partnered with Clear Creek Cornhole to host cornhole leagues & blind draw games every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights! When The Gideon isn’t booked out on Saturdays for a private event, they host Giddy Up Nights which is open to the public and is a fun night of country music, line dance lessons and a DJ taking requests all night long!
