Jeff Pittman has established himself as a true team player for Kansas. Jeff has been a voice for bipartisan compromise, working with both Republicans and Democrats to repeal the Brownback Tax Experiment and restore Constitutionally acceptable funding for Kansas schools.

Jeff is a hometown success story. He grew up in Leavenworth and graduated from Leavenworth High School in 1989. As the son of a combat veteran, Jeff’s family was stationed at Fort Leavenworth several times before calling Leavenworth home in 1984. 

Even in high school, Jeff was passionate about supporting our communities.  He volunteered for the American Red Cross at Munson Army Hospital in the physical therapy department helping veterans, worked at a local animal veterinary clinic with dogs, cats, and other animals, cashiered at the not-for-profit Thrift Shop, and was a very active member of the Sacred Heart Parish.
